The second vEM Technology Forum will be held from October 11–15, 2026, at Peking University in Beijing, China.

Building on the success of the inaugural forum held at Harwell Campus in 2024, this international event will bring together the global volume electron microscopy community to explore advances in life and materials sciences.

The program will cover the latest developments in microscope platforms, specimen preparation, correlative imaging, workflow automation, large-scale volumetric data, and AI-driven software. It will feature technical presentations, posters, panel discussions, challenge sessions, and live demonstrations of advanced hardware and software tools.

Attendees will also have an opportunity to participate in hands-on demonstration sessions at the Huairou National Imaging Center. The annual vEM Town Hall will be presented in a hybrid format.
