SEM conductive carbon tape
SEM Conductive Carbon Tape is a double-sided adhesive tape designed for secure mounting of specimens in Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Made from conductive carbon-filled adhesive, it provides excellent electrical conductivity between the sample and specimen stub, minimizing charging effects and improving image quality. The strong adhesive ensures reliable sample fixation while allowing easy handling of powders, particles, fibers, thin films, and other irregularly shaped specimens.
Tapes with blue inner core:
The base material is non-woven fabric, and the surface is a black adhesive containing carbon powder as a conductive filler.
However, it uses an acrylic-based adhesive, which may dissolve when heated to the desired temperature. This product is intended for use at room temperature.

Tapes with red inner core:
By using aluminum as the base material, the surface becomes smoother, allowing observation at low to medium magnification without worrying about the background. Additionally, drift has been reduced, and it is easier to observe fine particles at higher magnifications, resulting in improved quality compared to conventional products (nonwoven fabric substrates).
The surface is black, as it is an adhesive containing carbon powder as a conductive filler.
