In-situ SEM High-Temperature Tensile Stage
The PicoFemto In-Situ SEM High-Temperature Tensile Stage combines controlled specimen heating with mechanical tensile testing inside a scanning electron microscope. It enables real-time observation of deformation, fracture, and microstructural evolution at temperatures from room temperature to 1000°C.
Integrated high-temperature and mechanical tensile testing
In-situ operation inside an SEM
Temperature range from room temperature to 1000°C
Heating stage in direct contact with the specimen
Controlled specimen heating during tensile testing
Real-time tensile-stress measurement
Real-time deformation measurement
Real-time SEM observation during loading
Investigation of fracture mechanisms
Investigation of deformation behaviour
Investigation of microstructural evolution
In-situ tensile workflow for EBSD
