ZEPTOOLS Technology's PicoFemto Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) In-situ MEMS Atmosphere Stage integrates a MEMS atmosphere microcavity and heating module into the SEM sample stage, enabling the creation of a controllable atmospheric environment within the SEM while allowing for in-situ heating of experimental samples. This system allows researchers to perform in-situ, dynamic, high-resolution characterization of the morphology, structure, and chemical composition of samples under atmospheric conditions, significantly expanding the functionality and application areas of scanning electron microscopy.
