In-situ SEM Liquid Electrochemistry Stage
ZEPTOOLS Technology's PicoFemto Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) Liquid Electrochemistry Stage (LC-02) adopts a new O-ring assisted sealing and chip bonding design, overcoming the sample loading difficulties of previous in-situ liquid solutions. During the experiment, the sample is sealed within a liquid cell covered by an ultra-thin silicon nitride film, which can withstand one atmosphere of pressure. The chip electrodes are connected to an external circuit, creating a liquid-electrochemical testing environment inside the SEM.
